CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
AOTD does not accept order cancellations or returns for refunds, credits, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase. For damaged or defective items, please contact us ASAP. If you notice your delivery address was wrong, please contact us immediately so we can change the shipping address on our system.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Please refer to the shipping timeline shown on the product page at the time of purchase. Allow up to 7-10 business days for delivery within the UK. Yes even 1st class packages can get held up and we can’t do anything about it once they leave us. International packages can take much longer, in most cases expect it within 2-3 weeks of fulfillment.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
An order confirmation email will be sent to you via email as soon as your order is placed. Once your order has shipped, a shipment confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to your email. If you did not pay for a tracked service, you will NOT be able to track it. For obvious reasons we advise against using this method, but we also appreciate international shipping is expensive, hence why we’ve provided the cheaper alternative.

UK SHIPPING
We aim to fulfill all orders as soon as possible, though please be aware we are a one man operation and packing hundreds of orders takes time. Shipping cost is based off of weight, we do not offer discounted shipping for combined orders. If package/s are undeliverable/unclaimed for any reason and returned to AOTD, we will issue a refund for the price of the item/s only.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Orders shipped outside of the UK may incur import duties and taxes once your goods reach their destination. Customers are responsible for these charges. AOTD does not provide calculations or estimates in this regard. If package/s are undeliverable/unclaimed for any reason and returned to AOTD, we will issue a refund for the price of the item/s only. Please be aware that goods may be inspected on arrival at port for customs purposes and AOTD cannot guarantee that the packaging of your goods will be free of signs of tampering. If you refuse your package/s based on tariffs or for any reason at all, we are under no obligation to issue a refund. Please note delivery times may vary depending on location, and we do not guarantee these delivery times due to third-party factors beyond our control. We also ask our international customers to kindly provide a telephone number when placing your orders. This will help tremendously in making sure orders are cleared through customs and arrive in your hands in a reasonable time frame.
